Message No surprise there is a code stored, the engine just shut down.

There is no specific ECU code for PTU failure. If you try and start the engine over and over (like you would after a PTU failure) you could get a code 11 for CAS because of possible loss of 1 deg and 120 deg signal, but it will toss that code even for almost dead battery too.

Either way, if it did this before and after the alarm install, sounds like the PTU may be bad.
